Kotak Mahindra Bank — Kotak pvr credit card fraud | |||||
Unfortunately I am customer of kotak mahindra bank and having pvr kotat credit card in which they promise to give 2 pvr movie tickets for expenses of 7.5 k initially few months they gave the tickets but since last 4 months they are not issuing tickets also when I am trying to reach customer care they are making fool that it will be done soon bla bla bla...they never addressed any of my mail or complaint and closed the tickets without resolving my issues...I feel not only credit card but others services are also not good.They have worst customer care and they dont even bother for customer's concerns .Please stay away from any kind of services ok Kotak bank or you will also regret as I am regretting ...I am also going to consumer court and put case against them Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have applied for it 2-3 months back, but did not received yet. What could be the problem.
i hav not recived my credit card and your custmer service people jst saying my card lying with express IT courier company and they would deliver my card at my palce.but they never came to my place and its been more then 2 weeks..and somhow i got courrier company number and called my times bt no one givs respnse ..they are jst rubbish people sitting ther...somtimes they picks calls and suddenly disconnects...all the people sitting there..i am not at all happy with your services.its nt the first time i had applied for this card..this is the 3rd time happen..nw m simply going to withdrw my money from kotak.

i have got the pin no at my place.and that courrier company is able to reach my place but express IT courrier people never able to reach...bad serivce i ever seen.nt at all happy ..i hav my AWB no [protected]...i[censored] people can do somthng den do otherwise never disturb other peoples by calling and offering credit cards...

I also had applied for new Credit card and after 2 months still no information about the cards and they have collected all of my documents and address proof and telephone bills and passport and PAN card details,
I request you all to submit your plea to government high authotiries to stop these kinds of activities as it may lead any diffculty in future
