[Resolved] KSRTC — online booking refund | |
Hi, I booked a ticket from Palghat to Bangalore on the 8th of april and the date of travel being 13th of april. The amount got debited from my credit card and the ticket was not booked. Repeated emails to [protected]@ksrtc.org was useless as they give a standard reply and finally they gave a number to contact for refund and when contacted they dont respond properly and being shuttled from one number to another and finally they requested to email again and this is going on and on. Till the problem is not from last few months if you have any technical problem with respect this issues kindly mail to me. if you not solved this problem i will be treated this as no objection from your company for appeal in the court.

KSRTC — Non stopping of Buses in Sheru hotel in channapatna
Dear sir I am travelling everyday from channapatana to Bangalore. ,But even though bus is empty the employees of your corporation is not stooped buses. for this we want go for main bus stand. It kills our valuable time and money please take action against it. Dear sir,

i am daily travelling from channapatana to Bangalore .In channapatnna sheru hotel is having stop according to your procedure. even though the buses are empty and stooping procedure, your employees are violating the procedure. so from that the passenger are wasting of valuable time to go for main bus stop in channapatnna. and passenger are waste of the money is also included in this matter. so i kindly request you take action against it.

I have done the reservation in KSRTC for round trip from BANGALORE to SRINGERI travelling on 30/06/2014 and returning on 02/07/2014 on 13/06/2014. But my reservation process is failed and transaction has been done with the reservation amount cut from my account.
No refund is received till now.. Pls see to it and do the needful
