Kurl On Mattress — pushed down from front side

i have purched a kurl on mattress on 18/04/12.my mattress has pushed down from the front side and looks uneven in shape.i made a complain in jan finally person visited at my place in feb,but the person was so rude n even he didn't wait for the recepit and went back.after two days he called and provided his id to send a copy of recepit,i tried to send but id was wrong so he couldn't gone through.after that i'm following customer service but there is no responce.
