[Resolved] Kurl On Mattress — Not deliver on time.As per my requirement | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, On 17th July'10 I have given order Kurlon Packeted spring (Angeliea) mattress (78X72x 6"), Pink Color. Which is cost Rs.18,400/- But they have delivered the brown colour matterss, Which i have not given the order. I asked them to take it back, But the shope Keeper requested to keep the mattress, we will take back after the pink color deliver. The same day evening he said that, the pink color not available at our Godown so it will take another 10days. Which is not acceptable I have asked him to cancel my order, i will buy normal kurlon mattress on monday.(19.07.10) Today morning I called him, he said that order will not be cancled and indent raised,it will be deliver after 7days. I am hereby request i don't want mattress from Kurlon and cancel my order.If the mattress will come, i am not going to pay the balance amount. Please take necessary action. Agencies Name. I am Pradip Roy from Pune, i had taken a Kurl-on mattress Baget last year from Vasant Furnishing and gaddi corner, shop no 8, media park, B.T kawde road, Ghorpodi, Pune-01..but after 3-4 months it got compressed from the middle and turned bote shape.. so i had complained regarding the same to Kurl-on and my mattess was replaced with another Kurl-on Baget 36*72*4" on 15th february 2010...but after 3 months again this new mattress has turned boat shpe.. and is compressed from the middle...This is really upsetting.. as we consumers are getting fooled by the company..
Kurl-on is a brand name.. and this this type of negligance is not appreciated.. also i have developed Spondilitis because of the faulty mattress..I have complained many times to the Kurl-on matress dealer Mr Naresh...but have not got any response...
So, i am waiting for a quick reply, and want to get the matress replaced as soon as possible..Please reply back on [protected]@rediffmail.com
