i have purched a kurl on mattress on 18/04/12.my mattress has pushed down from the front side and looks uneven in shape.i made a complain in jan finally person visited at my place in feb,but the person was so rude n even he didn't wait for the recepit and went back.after two days he called and provided his id to send a copy of recepit,i tried to send but id was wrong so he couldn't gone through.after that i'm following customer...

Dear Sir,
Please note that I have bought Kurl-on Super Deluxe Ultra Mattress (Sr.No[protected]) from Dhiren Handlooms, Shop No12-13,Avishkar Tower, Behind Sia Jewellery, Borivali(W),Mumbai-400 092 on 27/07/2010.
Within two days we noticed that mattress is defective like formed pressed mark at both sides and complained to dealer immediately on third day. As per dealer he has already booked a complaint with Kurl-on office...

On 17th July'10 I have given order Kurlon Packeted spring (Angeliea) mattress (78X72x 6"), Pink Color. Which is cost Rs.18,400/- But they have delivered the brown colour matterss, Which i have not given the order. I asked them to take it back, But the shope Keeper requested to keep the mattress, we will take back after the pink color deliver.
