Dear Sir,

Please note that Work Order no: LIN [protected] dtd.13-Aug-11 ( updated on 16-Aug-11). I handed over my hand set on 13-Aug-11 and till date the same could not be repaired at N.J.Telecom - Authorised Service Centre - Kandivali - West - Mumbai.

I am enough harressed by Service of LAVA . I am getting all wrong answers. Now a days mobile is very essential requirement and within 10 days - Authorised Service Center could not repair thats a great shamful for such Comapny.

Look in the matter and atleast care for customer,

Query :I purchased Lava Hand Seat B8 from Rajkot in Jan 11 and within 7 months Circuit failed . Also Off KEY came out and I handed over my Cell for Repairing to Mumbai. I leant that parts are not avilable and from Chennai that parts will be desaptch - this will require 8-10 days. I experianced very bad, now a days so long time for Spares- no body can wait, I feel this is a harrasement of purchaser of LAVA mobile. Sir,
There is a problem with my lava ARC03 Mobile, IMEI-[protected], it started key problem. I went at your service centre @ JP Electronics 18, DDA Mrkt, Main Rohtak Road, Nangloi, Delhi on 17.09.11 job sheet No. MZIFDL[protected]R224. Now my complaint is that my phone hasn’t yet given to me. I have visited at this centre many times but the same answer is the phone hasn’t come. So we are unable to give you. On 16.10.11, he asking to come after one more month. After One month on 30.10.11, once he denied to give the mobile and asked to come after another 15 days.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to give my mobile as soon as possible.

I am purchased Lava Mobile set model no- LAVA A 10 (IMIE- [protected]) has been fulty(touch not working) since last 2 month and I deposited in to your authorized service center. M/S - JP Electronics, 18 DDA Market Nangloi-1 Main Rohtak Road, Near Pertol Pump, New Delhi, Pincode - 110041. Dated 21/08/2011 They told me that the fulty part is not available. So Make the DO(DO NO. MZ1FDL[protected]R127 & DO time period 45 Days ) and change the hand set by retailer. RAJ TELECOM L – 625,626 DDA FLAT MANGOL PURI DELHI – 110083. So i am deposit handset retailer shop Dated 29th AUG. 2011. But Sir, 45 days Above the deposit handset retailer not change the told me regularly KAL AANA, DO DIN BAAD AANA. EK WEEK BAAD AANA) . Please considor about my problem and give me a response as soon as possible.

i purchased Lava a10, some touch screen problem occurred in that so i gave it to the service center on 25 Apr 2012, still i didn't get any feedback or support so far as dated 22 july 2012 also i send email to [protected]@lavainternational.in. but no response...my money & time both are futile..i am very much disappointed with this handset as well as lava company... at least they should respond me...

Lava Mobiles — CHARGER NOT RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 30 DAYS FROM SERVICE CENTER

I had given my Charger for repair on 13 august 2013 but till now no response. Already 1 month has passed out but still not received it. Purchased the tablet only 2 months ago but not even used for 15 days. Please take action immediately.They are trating me very harshly.

Sir i bought lava iris 405 on 08/09/2013, and from first date it started giving problem and also it have a bad quality of flax camera,when i went to service centre they are saying we have not battery u will have to wait for unlimited time solve this problem please my contact no is-[protected]
