Complaint by- Bharati singh aginst-Advocate-Lalit Jaiswal( L.L.B.FROM T.M.BHAGALPUR UNIVERSITY-1996)S/O Of HARI RAM JAISWAL of Kharida Fatak Bazar(near Hunaman Temple),Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur

I am a deserted widow lady of Suresh Prasad Singh. My husband expired on 1/10/2005.Afte my husband I had to face lot problems due to my in-law’s so many cases are pending in judges court Medinipur, SDO KGP due to property, business and tourcherings. In 2007 Advocate Lalit Jaiswal made me convince that “I have not to worry he will handle all the civil as well as criminal cases in contact base and I can move to my son and look after him in b"lore.” He told me that I have to pay 1lak .At first I have to pay 75% down but I disagreed because at that said moment I can effort that so he I agree to give him part by part & gave by check RS 35000/on 15/04/2008 check No-95946 Transaction Id M191362 from my- S/B Account of Axis bank. And time to time I completed RS 15000 by hand cash & also gave 6 power of attorney sighed and 30-35 blank paper undersigns, as well as all my brief as being a advocate. Between our oral agreement he referred me that “all your cased I will do your degree till 2009 or your money will be re-turned back”. From then onward nor he attended or submit his power my any case in judges court Medinipur and due to him I was made show-cause after a long detained I appointed a lawyer after wards I very hardly they saved me. He only submitted power in U/S 144 that my in-law filed in SDO court KGP against my husband’s Licensee shop NTE-214. He assured me that soon I will be able to carry my husband’s business & he will also do all official work of Railway as name transferring etc. But sorry to say he cashed the check and took the money referred & never did any legal activities. On forcing him he just attended two dates in SDO court& began to take long dates in tainting. When I realize that I had no money to run this U/S144 and saw my advocate(lalit Jaiswal) meeting with my other side and working for him. I directly approached DM-Medinipur I told my grievance that “I am unable to run U/S144 as O.S are mixing my advocate and I have no money left with me to hire more advocate, Learned DM ordered SDO (KGP)by observing my case to at once to be drop down in 2009.When Lalit Jaiswal got no way he mixed with other side and made a false case against me and helped them from background and arrested me giving my documents from my file as giving my husband’s death, NTE-Shop documents, and precious documents which was with him which I submitted him during power of attorney. As day to day I visited him and asked him to give me my money back as he promised me if the work does not complete he may return the money. At first he convinced me politely saying let me finish this and that problem because He invested the money some were. I again n again attained him. But he used abused words and even gave threading in abusing words in his office. Even more then Hundred times I ringed him in his cell but he is using abusing –insulting-crook words and giving threatening. So I went to MLA office Gyan Singh in approach he told to MR Amal to look over the matter. Even he was lingered saying I will soon pay back the money and took time but at last they failed to obtain my money. Even I took my friend Advocate Samista(MITTU) to talk and return my amount back but he assured her that he will soon return back the cash by ringing her after three days but never his days came. The office and some outer person even some party leaders told me he had made many frauds in this way. Once CPM party(KGP) was also gone to lock his office on his deed of fraud to some person 1.5lak.Even I got the information that this person’s advocate licensee is seized and he is using false duplicate licensee and doing eye wash to clients, court, justice, Police, DM etc place showing and writing in advocate pad. Even. So I beg me honor to help me to get back me, a widow’s money from this fraud advocate, as I have no source of income and hardly I am walking and contesting the cases staying in my old retired father’s home on their mercy .Also request to do directly investigation on his licensee and take proper action so that he may not do any fraud with any wanted women or person.

As this person got information of the above REF by his secret informer in KGP(T)P.S of my said memo number he by post/lodged a grievance to KGP(T)P.S & senior authority by flakily using my name & signature in which grievance was indorsed those statement so that I may be trap in crime. which petition of declaration I filed in SDPO(KGP),DIG(Mid),Addl.S.P-dated-06/09/10 & IC(KGP)told me that Lalit jiaswal informed him that If I proceed this grievance he will go to court for MAAN HANI (As in Ref grievance I told that I got information as using advocate license as his license was seized) & he will be claiming 10 lacks & being I widow no source of income I will even go to Prison , when I went to KGP(T)P.S,I/C Mr Kausal for enquiry on Ref number. Thus my ref/complain is buried.
This person-(Sri-Lalit Jaiswal) if proper & confidentially investigate will be found to be a broker in miscellaneous Govt offices-KGP &MID/KGP/T.P.S/Local (P.S)& many other. Who cooks up evidences & frames innocents, who let off rich criminals by improper investigations, by closing case with B report, etc. By bribe/settings/ by his hold of himself/criminal pet persons & criminal potful mind as he knows every ping hole of law and he uses the law for his personal unwanted benefits & make huge incomes by eye washing Gov. senior authorities. Even his raw/illegal income is disclosed before our Gov. as being tax evader. Whereas he never attend judges court and in SDO(KGP)-Magistrate he comes in civil dress. In Judges Court the name list in WAKALAT PAPER is not available only MR Rao Law clerk cell no-[protected] works for his cases in JUDGES COURT MEDNIPUR. That is the reason after giving the grievance in BAR ASSOCIATION 24/05/10 &29/05/10 Bar Association according to the president/secretary failed to take any action against him. Criminal cases against him is 1) KGP (T) P.S. CASE NO-158/99, 2) KGP (T) P.S. CASE NO-90/04.M.S 22/2010,M.S 21/2010 (In 1st Court of Sr Civil Judge(Midnapur). Many cases/complains are lodged In KGP(T)P.S but he get success in either burring it or doing compromise by OP playfully manner. As if investigated in his created cases/pleading cases/CR cases all sakhi”s will be found same persons who he often uses, his own hired/pet and his group person to exploit people. As if any one try to raise his voice against him or demand their own money or protest for his illegal activities that they are being exploited then he at first give threatening by his antisocial elements & then create cases against him by cooking evidences lodging/filing by other person so that his mask never be opened & he regularly carries his exploitations by using Law / fake reports/.He always change his political party. He enters those parties who may work & help his antisocial person to complete his illegal crime motives.
As for evidence I may give he is the owner of newly car Maruti Omni car bearing No.WB-34L-9748 purchased by Honda show room in the year 05. In which he got success in claiming accident benefits of Rs35000/through consumer COURT forum by creating all paper / evidences & police reports etc. & misled court/judge. Whereas his car if properly investigated occurred no such accident in truth. But all paper evidences was created by the complaint Lalit Jaiswal in Complaint case No. 12/2009,PASCHIM MEDINIPUR. So sir all his activation totally are under crime Only playing hide and seek games of Law. So I request you to do proper direct/confidential investigation(If possible by help of CID/CBI/Crime branch investigations) in the matter immediately by collecting clue and records each and every things of this person and not only I get justification but your honor can save several innocent person who are/were & will be trap in his frame words & are looser/victim, and due to his approaches/power/antisocial elements. No one can in fear raise their voice of Human right. As if any guts & tries to raise his voice he frame a criminal case by cooking evidences .Even while investigation honor will find many rich money horded/unauthorized-illegal dealers/political person are in his background to save him. My prayer is At least on Humanitarian ground/proper law and action quick relive required but by saving me a widow & other victim person by his power, thus oblige.
