Within 30 minutes of ordering on Levi.com I realized I made an error and tried to cancel order. Levi refused to do this because I paid through Pay Pal. Paypal informed me it could only be canceled if Levi.com authorized cancellation. Levi customer service refused to do this and refused to help in any way. They said item begins processing immediately and cannot be returned. Customer service rep Jamie # 73642 was rude and adimant refusing to help in any way. Was this information helpful? |
