I LODGED A COMPALINT FOR MALFUNCTIONING OF MY 1.5 TON WINDOW AIRCONDITIONER MAKE LG WITH CUSTOMER SERVIVE CELL ON 1/8/2012. M/S HIGHTECH ENGINEERS(AUTH.LG SERVICE CENTER)CAME FOR REPAIRS OF A.C. ON 1/8/2012 AND REPLACED ITS COMPRESSOR AND CHARGED RS. 9000/- INCASH AND PROMISED THAT THE CASH MEMO WILL BE ISSUED NEXT DAY AS THE BILL BOOK IS IN OFFICE AT ROPAR.THEY LEFT THE WORK SHEET NO. RNA[protected] WITH ME STATING THAT SAME WILL BE COLLECTED BACK AFTER ISSUNCE OF CASH MEMO.NOW AFTER THE LAPSE OF 22 DAYS AND REPEATED TELEPHONE CALLS THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM REPAIRER.I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE SAID A.C. IS INSUERD AND INSURENCE CO. WANTS CASH MEMO BEFORE SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM.THE ACT OF AUTHORISED REPAIRER IS MOST UNPROFESSIONAL/UNETHICAL AND NOT INLINE WITH THE IMAGE OF PARENT COMPANY.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFULL AT EARLIEST.
