sir i m buy lg- dvd writer in last week . it does not work properly, means not read any dvd & cd .I want to know some information about it.when I buy it it packing is not good, only in politheen covered on it.and a sticker paste on it.on it display.model no.GH22np20 date of month jun 2008.price Rs.1400, product:super multi dvd rewriter, net weight .70kg, etc.now My quition to u is it ur product Its packing is not good, no iany box packing like it samsung company.first time i purchase ur product buyt result is very poor for me, my old cd rom is better from its.I buy it Rs 1080only.I don't know its market price.one information to when I go to the property of my computer, after that I go to device manager.my cd rom company name is display but ur product name is not displayed ther (like it LG)display there itold u HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH22NP20.PLZ U TELL ME WITH IN ONE DAY BY E-MAIL OR MY CONTACT NO [protected], IS IT UR PRODUCT OR NOT.& TELL ME WHAT WILL i? i[censored] HELP ME i WILL VERY THANK FULL TO U .THANKS. pls reply me SUKHWINDER SINGH [protected] Was this information helpful? LG — DVD rom is not reading DVD

I purchased DVD rom but after 1-1/2 year the problem is accrued, that the rom is not reading the DVD but accept the CD . I just want to know is that can be repaired if yes in how much and from where .

lg dvd-rom(writer) — not reading dvds

hi i m inderjit from ludhiana.i have buy this lg dvd writer before two month ago, when i buy it was working properly, but now it's reading only cds but not reading dvd (any type e.g. game dvd, movie dvd, data dvd made by me)i have updated its odd firware and other updates but still have no solution and don't no what to do plllllllllllzzzzzzzzz help @ [protected]@yahoo.com

I HAVE PURCHASED A LG PRODUCT MULTIDVD WRITER.AFTER 8 MONTH, THE WRITER WAS NOT WORK.THEN I CONTECT TO DEALER, "SNEH COMPUTERS, JAORA, DIST RATLAM, THEN THE WRITER WILL BE REPLACED IN 1 MONTH BUT AFTER 2 DAYS THE WRITER WAS NOT WORK.SO WHAT CAN I DO.BECAUSE THERE IS TO LONG TIME PERIOD FOR REPLACING.AND MY WORK WILL STOP.PLEASE BE ATTENTION AND DONOT BUYING PRODUCTS OF LG.BECAUSE AFTER SELL ITS WARRANTY SERVICES IS BED ORVERY BED... OK

I buy a DVD writer(model no.GH22NS50, Super Multi DVD Rewriter) for the price 1300, two days before from "One Zero, Kuthuparamba".Its MRP is printed only1200. But they("One Zero, Kuthuparamba") said, to show the tax lesser amount MRP is like that. After Buying i noticed that on the front panel only "supermulti" symbol is there.No LG symbol.Inside the writer there is a sticker with the above details and also "Mfd. by Hitachi-LG data storage.Inc".My question is, is it surely LG writer? The Computer center "One Zero, Kuthuparamba" said latest versions do not have symbols of LG.In the sticker labeled on the side, Date of Mfg. is NOV.2009.Is it true?
