COMPLAINT NO. N9C80706001
This was booked on 7th August 2009 but till date left un-attended. When ever I call the call centre people they very politely say "I am very sorry"; but that doesn't solevd my purpose. They have given one mobile number and one land line number, landline number is busy for the whole day and mobile number is of Mr. Alok Kr Dey who listened to my problem very carefully but did nothing except switching off his mobile.
My split 1.5 t A/c is under AMC, the money i have paid to them is being enjoyed by the company in form of the principal & interest.
