i m prince garg R/o house no. 909 sec 9 panchkula(haryana). I have a refreezrator of 608 ltrs. it is creating so much problem.there is over freezind in refreezrator side.I had complaint many times. but there is no responce.please help me out this problem.

on 16 june 2009 i had complained to service centre about my two AC's whose complaint no is N9C61601217 but he made only one AC whose model no is LWA18G1RAH1 .(on the bill of first AC he has done my signature and taken the money). After that we called the service man again and again. then after one month he took the second AC and returned it within three days but the same problem was still there .So he took again and returned, but there was the same problem . after that third time he took AC and told that he has changed the compressor, but still there was the same problem (and i think that he has not changed the compressor ). and whenever we called that service man he tells that he will come in one day, but more than a month has gone and he is not coming . then i again complaint on service center ( complaint no is N9C80803813 ON 8 AUGUST 2009 ) .my cell no is [protected] & [protected]. Both the AC are in warranty period. (THE CELL NO OF THAT SERVICE MAN IS [protected])This service man is working under gajipur service centre in UTTAR PRADESH.
SO PLEASE MAKE AN INQUIRY ON THIS MATTER. THANKYOU

I have made complaint no spc90805066 for problem of lg tv set.We have been given serviceman number

am surprised with thir marketing brochure that says we are for customer selling dont fall to this gimmik.
