I logged a complaint in LG about my remote of AC not working. When engineer came he just changed the cells to check the remote. after checking the cells he told us that LG dont repair the remote and charged 225 as his fees. They Bloody cheated us. One can always check remote by changing cells. Why did they send engineer to us, just to charge Rs. 225.
I agree with the above complaint. LG simply CHEATS people. Their after sale service is
horrible. I have purchased one DVD player which worked only for 2-3 DVD and within
a time of 1 months it stopped working and not playing any DVDs. The irony of the situation is
the LG service man is the friend of the dealer. So he says that it is working and they returned my
player as it is without repairing. On repeated asking LG company, they did not responded to the
complaint. I have completely been cheated by LG company. They are neither repairing it nor
replacing it. It is still in the warranty period.
After selling the product they simply don't care.
I suggest no one should buy LG products any more. They simply harass.
