This is to bring to your notice the very pathetic service provided by LG. We logged a complaint with LG regarding a problem with our LG Tromm Front loading washing machine, on Wednesday, 16th September, 2009. The call centre person took almost 20 minutes on the telephone trying to understand the reason for our call and at the end of the conversation he said that the matter would be resolved within 2 hours. Unfortunately, we were not given a complaint number. The next day too noone came. We waited again on Friday, no one turned up. On Saturday, we called again and this time we were given a complaint number and assured us that someone would be visiting our house soon. As expected no one turned up on Saturday. On Sunday too no one turned up. Today is Monday, 21st September, 2009, the 6th day and no one has turned up at our place till 5:00 p.m. If you look at your records, you will find that we have made several complaints and requests but it has fallen on deaf ears. Clothes have not been washed for the past 6 days.
We do not understand what to do or where to go. Does not seem like the service of LG is reliable. This is very unfortunate!!
Please let us know if something could be done to resolve an issue that is so urgent.
