LG Electronics — Faulty service/ Unit | |||
I had bought a refrigerator worth 58,000-//- Model No GC-B217BPJV on 14th Jan, 2012. Since then i faced problems in the refrigerator i called customer service many times , many parts were changed too but still problem of ice forming in fridge still remains, now my 1 year of free service is to expire and additional i was told will be for 3500 PLus for a year. I want my Unit to be changed by the company and proper working of it should be guaranteed. Or company should send some senior person to see the problem in my unit and extend my warranty free of cost. Customer service refuses to give me contact no of senior officials & people they send somehow i believe not able to understand the problem in unit.
