[Resolved]  LG Electronics India — FAULTY REFRIGERATOR DELIVERED NO RESPONSE

WAITING FOR THE RESOLUTION FROM LG ON THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINTS NOT Dear Service Lg India I am Nilesh Gotecha from Satellite Ahmedabad (380015) Gujarat. We had after various research and identification and wastage of time selected LG Refrigerator. It was our misfortune that we had purchased LG Refrigerator model No PMG314. 1) Very outset, he seller delivered it almost 7 days late as the same was NOT in the stock. It was delivered on 10th September 2013 WE THE CUSTOMER PUNISHED 1ST TIME 2) Secondly, fridge was installed and being new fridge we have purchased all the stuff/consumable and spend almost[protected] on various storage - WE THE CUSTOMER PUNISHED 2ND TIME 3) Very Next Day new Fridge Stopped working - WE THE CUSTOMER PUNISHED 3RD TIME 4) Engineers visited and confirmed that fridge is faulty and then went away - WE THE CUSTOMER PUNISHED 4TH TIME 5) No body called up from LG, we had called across without any call and update from anyone - No apology whatsoever for the very reason that such a costly product is not working and is being defective. Why no apology because we are the fools - the customers - WE THE CUSTOMER PUNISHED FREQUENTLY THE 5TH TO 10TH TIME 6) Blank day, our miseries, child had to go to school without milk no calls from LG and we have to do treasure hunt, who is who in the LG - why should they bother even when the faulty fridge is delivered, what is the problem with them - any one who has suffered is us. WE THE CUSTOMER SUFFERED FOR 11TH TO 20TH TIME 7) We got the numbers of some Triphati, nisha and we have called atelast 50 times to them along with the calls to toll free WITHOUT THE SINGLE CALL FROM YOUR SIDE. We are lucky if our numbers are lifted by them. We will be obliged if they will speak with us. WE THE CUSTOMER GET HUMILIATED AND SUFFERED FOR 21ST TO 100TH TIME 8) Aftr the round tables and frequent calls from our side your some GOD from LG has obliged us by announcing the options that either we wait fro 15 days for the replacement OR TAKE REFUND. Either you accept this OR GO TO HALE because we have sold you now its your problem - suffer it for the lift time. Should we still count the time we get humiliated or suffer?? NO ESCALATION NUMBER IS GIVEN TO US WHATSOEVER EVEN AFTER REPEATED DEMANDS. YOUR SERVICE TEAM AND MEMBERS OUT HERE ARE ARROGANT AND WE ARE NOT READY DEAL WITH ANYONE OUT HERE. Please note that it is we who had made outbound calls more than 50 times and after that your rude and non consumer friendly resolutions of refund is NOT acceptable to us You have only 2 options left with you to resolve: 1) Give us better model of the same capacity AT NO EXTRA CHARGES - We do not have trust on the current model PMG314 neither have patience to wait 2) If you want to refund refund the amount we paid for the fridge, plus the difference that we will have to pay for the purchase of the other brand fridge of same capacity plus Rs 10000 for our spoiled material plus Rs 25 lacs for the humiliations that we have suffered from the LG PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT READY TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE FROM GUJARAT AND WOULD ENTERITAIN CALL IF SOMEONE SENIOR, CONSUMER FRIENDLY SENIOR PERSON SPEAK WITH US. Give you time till Monday 23/September /2013 afternoon 12 PM to respond to this email with the resolutions from either of the above alternatives ONLY. We will also file consumer complaint with the consumer forums and would make it sure that you refund the same with the compensation. It is also sure that we wouldnot buy any LG products in future with this kind of approach. Sufferer - Nilesh Gotecha
