Even after waiting for 15 days the parts have not been replaced and the response which I get from Manish (the stores Head of Mumbai), Truptikal (Head of Neutron Service centre) is dismal, disappointing and utterly unprofessional. It is I who am the customer have to call them everyday and remind their duties. They behave in a lethargic and completely irresponsible manner. Whenever I phone them they give some excuse or another and promise a new date on which the parts will be replaced. Manish had committed that if the parts are not received by Friday 8th of October 2010 then the LCD will be replaced. Then again on Saturday 9th he said that it will be definitely completed. At no time have they took the trouble to call me and inform me of the status. On Saturday also the parts were not replaced. Again it was confirmed by Manish that on Sunday 10th October it will be definitely finished before noon but has not been done so. I want you to take this matter up to the highest authority of LG and take the strictest action against both of them for their irresponsible behaviour. Also I want you to take up this matter personally and complete it by Monday. Farrokh Pavri. It is highly disappointing to be informed by LG personnel that spares are not in stock.Almost 10 days have passed, in so much time one can get easily anything from any part of the world and LG is unable to supply a single part in Mumbai. After 25 to 30 phone calls and sms to toll free, Neytron service centre, Mr. Truptikal, Mr Manish Sawant have still not received their response. Parts are panel and micom as per their information. Will have no recourse but to go to media/newspapers and consumer redressal commission if the problem is not rectified within 2 days.
