split a/c — compressor has failed
Sir,it is 1year 6 months before that i have bought this a/c from cool traders santacruz
No one ever came to give free service itill date.
Now on our complain they came after 7 days to tell us we need to pay service charges other parts charges etc then too they dont promise to replace the compressor which according to us is in warranty as we were told it has 5 years warranty
We feel cheated by a company like vediocon whom we use to held in high esteeem .

LG — Replacement because of non satisfaction of split ac
I purchased one .75 AC from Khanna Bros.SCO 5 Madhaya Marg Chandigarh against Bill No. 7495 Model no. LSA2BWIAFI Serial No. 902HAWS00481 for my small room measuring 10 ft 8 ft as per the company specifications (LG)BUT within one day of installation/purchase I complained to the dealer and to the LG India but the same has not bee replaced by another one or by higher capacity as I shown my intention to pay for the higher. The customare care told me that it can by replaced only if the dealer from where I have purchased recommends and the dealer is not ready for that. I am helpness and have been approaching the dealer and customer care but till date nothing has been done in this regard.
