LG Electronics — MISSING PARTS

i had given for serivce vehcile no TN02AT 8962 in month of Feb 13 for 3rd service Now mid aug when i had tyre puncture,i was looking for jockey rod / wheel spanner i am shocked that both rod/spanner is missing.it is new one & not used till now. I am totally upset on the entire episode & 100% your DSC -SAIDAPET svc station had taken this Logic here being tubeless,punchture first time it had happened.Hence there is least possibillity that i will come to know I am also holding RegMgr svc.ACcessories are not taken from the product.Now i am totally upset on this.Find below esclalation mail sent to your MID where i did not get any reply
