LG Electronics (Mobiles) — Can't access my Employee account.

Dear Team Lease,

I was an Employee for teamlease in Lg electronics in Hyderabad. I have resigned 4 months ago, I hav got a mail regarding my employee code and password back later, but now i need to submit my pay slip and joining letter etc. to submit for my P.F. But the problem is i think i hav forgot or my account has been deactivated, whereas i cant access my employee account. My Employee id is 497567 and my mail id is [protected]@ymail.com. Im looking forward to get soon reply and help.
