Washing Machine — Non-Service inspite of repeated reminders
I have been calling the customer complaint cell which I think is the standard call center taking all the complaints. I have been following up with these guys but no one has visited my place to check my washing machine and get it fixed. It is really disappointing to know that the brand like Whirlpool has failed to meet its SLA which is 4 hrs post the complaint gets registered at the call center. Dear customer

LG Washing M/c — damaged part and no services inspite several reminders
I had purchased a wasing M/c from a dealer of LG Goods. The bottom part was a bit damaged which I happened to notice when a wire detached wghile washing clothes. Due to this the M/c was not working . I informed my dealer about this. A person came and repaired the wire, but while doing so the bottem part broke more and was very much damaged. I called my dealer as well as registered complaints on the toll free numbers o the company . More then a month has passed and no action has been taken and I am also not informed about the further process. My family has to suffer physically as well as mentally inspite of spending so much money for comfort. Kindly help me out in this regard
