I purchased this plasma TV on 10/08/12 (Model No. 42pt350r). Serial Number 202ppjc000524. I hardly used this plasma tv for a year and problem of distortion came into it. I called LG people and they told me that they have to change board and they took visit charge and price for board which they changed (amount around 2500). And they said that if you will not use your TV regularly than u might this kind of problem again, i dont know how this can happen.
And again same kind of problem occur again in your product. I dont know what kind of quality you have in your product. I hardly used for more than a year and it is the 2nd time i am facing this problem. I used almost all the TV brands but LG is worse of the all. Please fix this problem, so that i can sell it and will not purchase any product of LG in future. I want to get rid of this product ASAP, please help me. Or i[censored] can purchase your 3rd class product from me than you are more than welcome.
I have already registered the complain. Complain # is RNA[protected] and representative name is Mr. Deepak.
I will make sure i will send this mail to the higher management as well, so that they will also know what kind of product they are selling to the customer.
