[Resolved]  LG Microwave Ms - 1947c — Broken door of microwave not replaced or fixed ,even after complaint registration on 17th October

Hi,

This step I am taking after sheer disappointment on service provided by LG.I have registered my complaint for replacement or fixing my broken door of LG Microwave MS-1947C on 17th October 2010.Its already a month , the LG dealers in Kolkata , are just procastinating things .We are not able to use the microwave for about a month.

The LG Authorised dealers are not picking up complaints and are threatening not to call them again and again.Is this is what customer deserves while buying LG's products?
