LG Refrigerator — freeze is not working
my name is Amir ahmed s/0 Basheer ahmed live in tonk. I bought a LG Freeze model no-GL 185 ABN-ZEBN. Serial no-006NL-QFO55868Since the buying date its not working properly. there is a too much moisturiser above the chill tray and the water is falling continiously in all food item in the freeze. i had compalint 3 times at the dealer and also LG Headoffice but they are not listen about it. we are so disturb about this problem. our all food items full of water daily
I will complain at consumer court soon if they dont care.

LG — Freezer Problem
I have made a number of complaints to LG all in vain. The problem with my fridge is that the refrigerator compartment stops cooling due to excess ice formation in the freezer compartment.So far, all the parts except the frame of the fridge have been changed but the problem has not been resolved.
To avoid such problems, we keep the fridge off for 4 hours a day and set the temperature control to +6.
Looking for help from someone somewhere to resolve this problem once and for all.
