LG Refrigerator — After Sales Service Not Attended
Hi,I had given a call to LG's call center on 10th Nov 2010 on your toll free number and registered a complaint regarding my refrigeretor which has water leakage problem. I was given my complaint number as C10B1004418 and was told that the technician will call me and visit me within 24 hrs.
I did not receive any call nor the technician has visited. What kind of a service is this?????
Again i gave a call on 13th Nov 2010 on the same toll free number and wanted to speak to a supervisor but no one was ready to take the call and i was kept on hold for quite a long time. Why did the supervisor not take my call??? Was he afraid or is this your tradition??. Later I spoke to Farhat and she said that she will ask Soham the floor supervisior to give me call within 2 hrs after speaking to the service center and still the same SERVICE....NO CALL. Again a advice keep supervisor who can deal with the problem and not run from the problem or just running around the bush.
I called up again in 2 hrs and your executive is trying to prove me wrong by saying that no one would have told me that I would receive a call from LG in 2 hrs....which again I feel is ridiculous and i think your agent needs more training on speaking to clients.
Then after lot of stress i was transferred to Mr. Nilesh Javaria again a floor supervisor and he has requested me for the last time to wait for another 2 hrs. I feel i was a fool and an to go for a LG product. I feel go for a product which has good after sales service even if we need to pay a little more.
I am truly very dissapointed with the after sales service which i feel now is hopeless and .

LG Refiregerator — Worst Sale Service of LG
Anukaz Utility Services, Scf-56, Grd Flr, PH-2, Nr Bassi Theatre, Mohali, Chandigarh is an authorized dealer of LG. I bought LG Refrigerator from this Agency but after one moth it became out of order. When I contacted Mr. Jasbir Singh, owner of Anukaz Utility Service then he did not listen my complaint and told me to file complaint to LG Service Center. I lodged complaint but no body came to check the machine. I again called to Anukaz Utility Services Mohali and then Staff of this agency misbehaved with me. I am totally disappointed, what type of Service LG is providing in India. LG dealers are very unprofessional and after Sale they don’t listen customer’s complaints. These types of Dealers spoil LG reputation and decrease its brand value.I must suggest that before buying LG products please verify LG Dealers reputation. Most of LG dealers are Crook and unprofessional like Anukaz Utility Services.
