[Resolved]  LG Refrigerator — replacement or repair

L.G.REFRIGERATOR — REPLACEMENT

PURCHASED A NEW REFRIGERATOR ON 31ST AUGUST, 2008 FROM NEXT SHOWROOM AT CHANDIGARH ROAD, LUDHIANA.
AND IMMDLY WE STARTED FACING PROBLEMS LIKE --

1. WATER TAP LEAKAGE

2. NO PROPER LEVELLING, SAY THE GAP BETWEEN THE TWO DOORS IS NOT SAME ACROSS THE WIDTH OF THE DOORS.

3. TOP DOOR HAS TO BE REPLACED AS CONFIRMED TO ME BY THE NEXT SHOW ROOM DEALER AS IT HAD SOME DAMAGE DENTS.

3. THE LOCK OF THE BOTTOM DOOR DOES NOT WORK, SO THIS DOOR ALSO MAY NEED REPLACEMENT.

AT THE OUTSET MAY I REQUEST U TO JUST REPLAVE THE WHOLE PC. AND OBLIGE. U SEE, WILL ANY CUSTOMER LIKE TO CALL FOR THE COMPLAINTS RIGHT FROM THE SECOND DAY ?

LG Refrigerator — 3 blank cheques

I have cleared the loan amount on 5th december, 2008. But till date I have not received the 3 guarantee cheques.

I am trying to contact on 24955605, but no response.

LG Refrigerator — Replacement

We bought an LG Refridgerator 240Ltrs. G1-255 VM4, on 23rd March, 2009 in GruhaVaibhav, Bangalore. We were delivered with the fridge with a huge dent on right side back leg, we asked the delivery boy the same. He was not ready to accept and said some one from LG would come for installation. We lodged a complain with LG, Complain NO. S9C32406960 and also informed the Gruha Vaibhav, they said the fridge would be replaced with a new one but today is 31st March, till now no one has come replacement. We have calling up the customer care of LG as reminders, they reply back as tomorrow our people would come and replace with new one.

i bougth a referigerator LCD & Washing machine from Hometowm noida (in Gip) when company Deliverd The all Product at my house. we didnt open next day lg send their insolation man for intolation we open that time The referegerator is in Dameg Condition at That time i told the instolation boy that i want to replace now but he sudggest that plz. give me all photocopy of the referegerator i will sen u new rep. ferez i bougth on 12 dec.2010 still dated 11 feb 2011 no body come to replace i made so many complain in home town & LG customer Care Also But Nobody give Any resolution i talk to all Head of Lg On my heand Mr. Manish Gupta mr. Ranjan Ms. Vaisali they all are lg employes but they all are layer they all are not doing anything they don't have any mennar how to talk to like a customer specialy mr. Manish gupta he dont know how to speck who make him manager. i m going to consumer court i will su all are u in court. My Name Neetu Sharma My Mob. No. Is [protected] .
