[Resolved] LG Split AC 1.5 Ton — Non installation | |
Reference : Customer request id S9C50904947. I have purchased one Split AC 1.5 ton and was delivered to my house on 6th May 09. Inspite of making daily calls to customer service, no action has been taken to install it till now. Always I am getting assurance from customer care centre that some body will call us. I wanted to contactthe local office at West Tambaram service centre in charge Mr Sathish Babu on mobile No [protected] and on land line[protected], but always getting engaged. I have opted LG for getting better service and response, both are missing. Please guide me who is the right person for putting up the grieviences. When can I get my AC installed ? LG Split AC — ac installation
i purchased LG make split ac from value plus retail pvt ltd sector -18 noida on dated 5-5-11..i was told that ac shallbe installed on 7-5-11...LG has not taken action to install ac till today...after sale services are very poor..we are suffering due to poor service of LG.....PRATEEK JAIN
