My 37LP1D HD TV lost its TV-Guide on Screen for the second time. the first time LG fixed it. Now they do not even want to talk to me. Customer Service blows me off with, "you're out of luck" comment.
The system has a flaw in the software and LG does not want to step up to the plate and fix what is their design flaw.

I have purchased the LG TV Model No-21FE4RGE. Serial No-708MRDZ000722. from Mahavir electronics, Bibwewadi.Pune. as on 30.12.2007.
Now from few days the on/off button problem is occured.
I enquired to LG customer care, they are saying that, I must pay servicing charges of Rs.250/- & spares charges extra.
I request you to kindly known that what is the warranty period of this TV ? & why i will give the charges.

NO ATTATION WAS GIVE TO OUR COMPLAINT FOR LG TV . WE BOOKED COP[MLAINT IN LAST WEEK BUT STILL UP TO THIS TIME NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.

LG / TV — not satisfy with services
sir i am saket dixit. i purchase lg tv from jhansi (U.P.). after 7-8 month i have problem in my tv regarding color . i register my problem in customer care and they repair my tv after 2-3 month my tv have same problem again but at this time my warranty expire.problem is that they provide me temporary solution thats why i am facing same problem.company cheat me.
please solve it.
