Regarding my Washing Machine problem as mentioned above, the first complaint was logged on 13th July. The service center allocated was New Electron Care, Lucknow which after repeated followups, responeded as late as after 10 days, picked the equipment from residence on 23rd July. No status thereafter--neither from LG service Center nor from the co. itself.
Again after taking several followups, Service center confirm the delivery on 4th Aug.
But since 4th Aug, the personnel of Service Center-New Electron Care was neither responding telephonically nor updating the status, otherwise. Except getting new complaints no. every time from LG call center no other positive move found.
Could I know, why bying washing machine from LG has made me victimised to this extent that even after 25days of complaint, neither the equipment was brought to correct status nor anyone is taking pain to update me.
If such is the condition of the service dept...which will be termed pathetic in terms of response, quality and other such attributes why you claim to be so service effective claiming world class services...If the problem will still unresolved, just evaluate the condition of the Washing Machine and take it back to yourself giving me back the necessary value in monetary terms, as not only my faith is shaken with LG but it has taken aback in all future decisions.
