[Resolved]  Lic Of India — NON RECEIPT OF MONTHLY INTEREST

Sir,
Ref my complaint sent my e-mail 0n 7.10.08. No reply received or action taken so far. The complaint details are again given below:-
REF POLICY NO.[protected]. The policy matured (ANNUITY VESTS) on 15.07.05 and 12 monthly cheques of Rs 768 issued by LIC of India, Northern Zonal office, (IPP Cell), 11th floor, Jeevan Bharti, con circus, NEW DELHI 110001, due between 1.09.05 and 1.08.06 were sent to me. Since 1.09.06, I was receiving this amount of Rs 768 directly(ECS) in my SB A/c no. 17794 with Punjab National Bank, Khanpur, N delhi 110062. However after 1.08.08, no amount has been received, i.e. I did not get the int due on 1.09.08 and 1.10.08 credited in my A/c with PNB (Incidentally about 2 years back PNB has changed this A/c No. into 16 digit one & it is now [protected] and I have been receiving htis amount in this account).
You are requested to please check and send the int cheques due since 1.09.08 onwards to my Bank A/c at the earliest under intimation to me .

I am Jalaram Jodharam Vishnoi having policy number[protected] had received cheque No. 469324 dated 01/02/08, drawn on State Bank of India K.G.Marg, (5943) New Delhi-110001,
While reconciliation of my bank accounts, I found that the above cheque had been returned by bank because, unfortunately the cheque was deposited after expiry of validity period of 3 months. I am enclosing here with original cheque along with bankers memo.
Further I am requesting you to issue me a fresh cheque and oblige.

Subject: Certificate of existence under annuity policy No.[protected].

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please refer to your letter No. IPP/Delhi Zone/E-Certificate/122/May09/02024, Dated: 20/02/2009, regarding the above subject.

As desired by your goodself I have sent the existence certificate under annuity Policy No.[protected] through Speed post (Photocopy of receipt enclosed) on dated:[protected] but till date I have not received the cheques of next annuity i.e for the year[protected].

However I am again sending the existence certificate for your information & record.

Therefore your goodself is requested kindly to scrutinize the lapse & release the amount of my next annuity which is due for this financial year to avoid harassment to my self. Hoping that you may release the amount of my next annuity without any reminder in this regard please.
