I have for reference to my earlier letter No.: HS/LIC/06/-07/26 dated 9/12/2006,12/04/07 ,20/10/07, 20/12/2008, 05/02/09 & 10/04/2009 in regard to non receipt of annuity cheques for the period of July, 2006 to Jan, 2007. I have received annuity cheques for the period of April, 2007 on wards received by me. Subsequently now it is being directly deposited in Bank of Baroda through ECS.
I once again give below details for your ready reference.

THE ORIENTAL INSURANCE CO LTD — NON RECEIPT OF MONTHLY STATEMENT

I AM NOT RECEIVING THE MONTHLY STATEMENT FROM LAST MORE THAN ONE YEAR AND I HAD MADE A COMPLAIN BUT THEIR IS NO HEARING. ALSO MANY TIMES I FOUND THAT UNNECESSARY THE BANK CHEQUE COLLECTION IS CHARGED IS ADDED INTO MY STATEMENT WHEN I TAKE PRINT FROM THE NET. EVERY MONTH I AM DROPPING THE CHEQUE INTO THE DROP BOX. KINDLY REVERT ALL THESE UNNECESSARY CHARGED AND ASLO START SENDING THE MONTHLY STATEMENT.

Reference your E-mail dated November 14, 2008 where in you have stated that Annuity due for the months of March 08, April 08, and May 08 has already been released vide cheque no. 723440, 723441 and 723442 dated[protected], but i am very sorry to state that i have not received any cheques mentioned in your email. I would, therefore, request that duplicate cheques may kindly sent to me immediately to avoid any further harassment, as it has already been delayed for more than six months.

LIC — Non receipt of Monthly pension

I suppose to receive post dated cheques of my monthly pension before 12 Feb’2008 like every .But I have not received the said cheques till date.LIC has not informed that any kind of life certificate need to be submitted as I have come to know that it may required.

The above referenced Policy is in my name (Naresh Kumar Agarwal). I have not received post dated cheques for FY- 09-10. I have requested to Branch Managers of LIC 225 Branch Lucknow & RM NCZ- MKTG (IPPCELL) on 15/04/09 (photo attached). After receiving no response I contacted Lucknow branch personally on 23/04/09. I was told to contact Kanpur office with existence certificate. I send another letter to RM NCZ-Mktg(IPPCELL) Kanpur with existence cerificate on 28/04/09 (photo copy of letter & annexure attached). But more than month has elapsed, still I have not received cheques or any reply to my letters.Kindly register my complaint & do the needful so that I can receive my pension regularly. Regards.

lic monthly pension — Non receipt of pension since jan-09

Though i have sumitted the LIVE CERTIFICATE for four times, till date i have not received the monthly
pension of Rs. 2000/- since JAN-2009 onwards.

The phone numbers given in the list is proper.

Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

I have not received my pension cheques (12nos),due from July'09.I have sent a letter along with photocopy of last cheque received through courier on 24/11/09 at the following address-

But I have not received any response from the dept till date.

Annuity Cheques — Non receipt of annuity checks

I have not received my annuity cheques for the period July'09 to june'10.I have sent a letter through Courier, along with counter foil of last cheque received &my existance certificate on 24/11/09 on the following address-

Annuity Payment cheques — Non receipt of annuity payment cheques.

I have not received my annuity payment cheques for the period 1/7/09 to 1/6/10.
I sent a letter along with copy of counter foil of last cheque received & my existance certificate duly completed on 24/11/09 through courier,but no response till date.

I have been writing for the last one year but I have not received any reply from the department concern I do not know .whether it is the policy of life insurance corporation not to reply of the communication received by them, to speak you very frankly they intimated me whether I am alive or not a doctor certification shall have to given to them which was given to them about a year back, I don’t know whether you will read this mail and act accordingly to narrate I have not received any annuity for the 2006-07 and 2007-08 but after writing to you continuously I have received annuity for the year[protected], but without a covering letter would you please look into the matter and apprise me whether I am entitled to get the pension or not, I only hope you reply to this mail.

I have several time spoken to concerned officer in LIC regarding my non receipt of annuity cheque Rs, 7495/- vide annuity No 29356 . It was due for 7th July 2010 but sorry to state that till date I have not rceived the same . further any body will tell me about interest which I am loosing on my payment . The pratap is concerned clark who is responsible for all that delay. I may request to competetant authorty to take call for such delay . First time when I spoke to them they said premises was lock on 12th July which was totally false .In-spite of my regualar chase on phone I yet to received my pension amount .

LIC VADODARA — NON RECEIPT OF ANNUITY SINCE 2009

I was in receipt of annuity amount of Rs. 2150/- yearly as a part of superannuation of my last employer Reliance industires ltd. Annuity of Rs. 2150/- has been deposited to my saving account by ECS since 2001 till 2008 every year on first week of july. But from 2009 till today same has been discontinued without any communication from LIC P&G S DEPT. VADODARA.
