My monthly LIC pension for Rs.956/-is due since March 2011.But till date I have not been paid the said amount by LIC though I have submitted the Certifiate of Existence in the month of November 2010 duly signed by a Member of the Chairman Club for Agent(Code No -30858E) Mr Pulakeswar Mishra.
You are therefore requested to take up the matter with the appropriate authority for early release of my pension.
