My name is Fagun Chokshi, My Application No. is 55626671, Refund Order No. 4048945 of Rs.51,682.75 is not yet credited to my ICICI bank account. I inquired on phone with Link Intime they told me that they had send me demand draft on 9th November, by Speed Post but still i did't received any thing. I had applied for 400 shares and company had allotted me 199 shares. Amount Adjusted is Rs.46317.25 Refund Order No. 4048945 Through Transferred directly through bank. In connection with above, the undersigned applied for 750 shares against IPO of Punjab and Sind Bank. However my application was not successful in getting allotment of shares. My Particulars are given below:-

It is therefore requested to take necessary action to send back the refund order as early as possible, either through ECS clearance or Postal.

link intime — non allotment of shares
Please note that as against appication no.38282164 for coal india ipo,till date i had not received credit of shares in my demat account.i am doing fax and email for last 15 days but mails are not delivering to link intime server and are bouncing back and fax tone not available on fax.i had already mailed physical client master by speed post but still not received shares in my demat account.Regards
