F.D. NO.[protected] Dated 02.08.1998 of Rs.1,74,453/- was matured on 02.08.1999 of Rs.2,01,493/-but the company not refund my amount, I filed a consumer case on 01.08.2001 and decision was framed on 04.09.20002 to give payment as per Company law scheduled, I received payment 3 times but after that no any amount received till date.
Please help me in this regard and advice me what should I do, I am 75 years old and its not possible for me to run behind them.

On behalf of and for the benefit of my old mother Mrs. Thulasi Vishweswaran, I had invested Rs.8000/- in an F.D. with M/S Lloyd Finance Ltd in Sep 1997 for a priod of two years. To my utter sorrow, the company has not cared to pay back the due money inspite of repeated requests. I had hoped that they would spare atleast the hapless widow of the country. They are dependent on the interest amount of Fixed deposits I hope your office would help me in getting my due money back as early as possible so that I can use it for sustaining
