Lloyd Finance Limited — FD amount not paid on maturity

I had invested in the FD in the company and the same to matured in the year 1999.i went to the office in surat they took the original certificate and issued the receipt.I have not received the amount of 8000 plus interest.the surat office is closed and Ahmedabad office is not traceable.
The copy of the receipt is given please arrange to pay the amount I am a senior citizen.
