Deposit no [protected] receipt no 378 dated 24/05/2004
I had invested in the FD in the company and the same to matured in the year 1999.i went to the office in surat they took the original certificate and issued the receipt.I have not received the amount of 8000 plus interest.the surat office is closed and Ahmedabad office is not traceable.
The copy of the receipt is given please arrange to pay the amount I am a senior citizen....

With reference to above i have submitted an 'affidavit of proof of debt' as requested by office of the official liquidator high court bombay on date 03/01/2017. I did not receive the refund or any communication in this matter. Matter is long overdue since 20/01/2001 and all documents are already submitted long back.

After submitting my Deposit Receipt to Kolkata office, 15 years passed I had not got the Maturity amount from the company till now. I wrote several letters to their office but I have not got either maturity payment or any response from their end....

I Have deposited Rs.7000.00 which is registered [protected]/1 dated 10/03/1997...

F.D. NO.[protected] Dated 02.08.1998 of Rs.1,74,453/- was matured on 02.08.1999 of Rs.2,01,493/-but the company not refund my amount, I filed a consumer case on 01.08.2001 and decision was framed on 04.09.20002 to give payment as per Company law scheduled, I received payment 3 times but after that no any amount received till date.

Please help me in this regard and advice me what should I do, I am 75 years old and its not possible...

I am Ravindra Moolya had invested in LLOyd Finance Limited Fixed deposit Rs 17250=00 vide their Fixed Deposit No 0298/7213 dated 04.06.98, which is maturity on 04.06.99. Till date Company has not paid single rupees out of that. I request your self to help me out to secure this amount.

I have deposited Rs.10.000/- vide Deposit Receipt No.[protected]/1 dated April 17,1998 and Rs.10,000/- vide Deposit Receipt No.13980027/1 dated May 7,1998 in M/s. Lloyd Finance Limited. Original FDs Copies already submitted. Out of these amount, I have received 60% amount i.e. (Rs.6000=Rs.6000=Rs.12,000/- amount in the month of May,2000/-.

A car loan was taken by M/s. Applied Electro Magnetics PVt Ltd. Okhla, New Delhi from Lloyd Finance Limited during 1996. The car registration no. is DL8CB 5197 and teh date of registration is 25 July 1996. The car loan has been cleared long back. We have written several application for the issue of NOC but the company is not even responding to our applications.

I had FD with Lloyd Finance Limited, Delhi for Rs.10, 000/- maturity date being 01.03.1999. On request vide my letter they had paid only Rs.6000/- and was informed that the balance amount plus interest due to me will be paid to me as soon as possible.
