dear sir i brought TRENDY SPORTY SHOES BY LOTTO from home shop 18 on 3 feb 2011 but home shop 188 has given me a wrong product, i have sent back the product for 4 times but all the time received same product again and again...... !!! now i found my shoes are broken from side near the net of both the pairs......i requst you to plz exchange my shoes as soon as possible....... I made purchasing of footwear from Reliance foot print located in ISKON mall Ahmadabad. After lots of find out I finally made a conclusion to go with LOTTO brand. Here your sales supervisor suggested me a quantity of exceptional pair of footwear. Out of this I selected one pair and prepared to buy this. Your sales representative told me that company is offering 6 month warranty on this pair of footwear against any defect like gone of stitching or any split in upper part and also base.
After 3 months my footwear tore off from one side and leather remove from base. The same was pasted and repair by Reliance footprints.
Now my footwear tore off again from one side and reliance footprints refused to exchange the shoes So kindly look into the matter seriously because footwear from brand like you should not have gone off so soon.
I am not expecting this kind of imperfection from big brand like you. Because customer always seeking good result from big brands and if this kind of situation going to happen we have to switch to another brand.
