This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a consumer of your Gas Company with a dealer named "Shiva Gas Co." Near Himland Hotel, Circular Road, Shimla ( Himachal Pradesh) with Consumer No -616404 .I booked a Gas Cylinder on 30th December 2009 but to my surprise & despite my three personal visits in the Office of the company I was unable to receive the the same till date.I am not sure to whom they are accomodating ?
Please look into the matter and arrange accordingly else I will be compelled to go to the Consumer Forum for this.
Hoping an early action in the matter.

I have booked LPG of Bharatgas by on line on 14-Nov-2010 vide booking no. 4417840. But now the status is given as delivered on 15-Nov-2010. But actually I have not received the gas cylinder on that date or after. Please check the status clearly.
