[Resolved]  lpu — Complaint Against SBOP Bank

My self Jyoti I am having account in SBOP Lovely University Branch Cherhu Jallandhar My account no is [protected].I used My ATM CArd at Kotak Bank Atm at Model Town Jallandhar and tried to widrawl 1000 Rs.But ATM denied to widrawl money .After two days when i used ATM of another atm I found that 1000 rupees is deducted from my account.Then I call to Customer care regarding this custemer care person told me to give the application in LPU BAnk Branch.When I approched to bank Manager His way of talkaing is very rude and ask me to wait for two days .when i approched him after two days he says that your money is back with bank and he will deposite the money by by evening.When i Checked the acount after two days still 1 Iam not getting my money.After that i went the branch and the branch manager is on leave and staff say when Branch Manager comes after that we will deposite your money.Sir i am suffering from 11-08-09 to till date.

lpu — fake profile

Some body has created my fake profile and added my photo and written vulgar wording in the profile.The person is sending request to all my friends.Guide me taking a legal action against this person.
tell the profile website admin and submit as vulgar and tell them to block it...

My account No is [protected]. My bank State Bank of Patiala, Bhawanigarh Distt:Sangrur.
A cheque/Draft was deposited by my daughter on my behalf on[protected] No:425160 issued by Citi Bank, Global consumer Bank, Sector, 9-C, Chandigarh in my favour. I fulfil my need of my daughter's kid's fee from this help which is sent to from from NRI account.(My son in law at USA).Till date it has not been taken into my account by the staff of your bank and after inquiring Mr. Raman Singh of your bank 10-15 times he is blaming me that I have deposited teared chequet.How it is possible at this stage when he has nothing to say with him except this .whereas bank never accept any teared cheque .The same story was made in the OBC Bank, Bhawanigarh there Mr. Manjeet Singh has send my cheque to Patiala and the same was misplaced only & only on account of this I have opened new account in your bank(For the last 1 year it was fine all over).In my view Mr. Raman jit Singh has sent the cheque for clearance wrongly to some other bank and now the same is misplaced as enquired from Citi Bank, Chandigarh They have not received any cheque for clearance till date.
Please look into the matter personally.

Now I am unable to maintain my ATM because of the fault of somebody my balance is Rs.59 only where it should be as 3000/- at least and is also unable to deposit fee etc of kids at this stage.
