Invereter is under waranty period .complaint has been lodged since 3/6/2009 through dealer and also through toll free service no [protected] several times. No satisfactory responce so far.After sales services are not satisfactory.Still waiting for attend comlaint.
I had bought an Luminous Inverter 800 va Serial No.B2CL5P[protected] from M/s Baroda Power Consultants 19, Media Comnplex, Railway Gate No.2, Ram Mandir Lane, Lakhtokia, Guwahati - 781001. I purchased the inverter on 22.7.09. But inspite of promising the technican from the firm is yet to visit my house and install the inverter. In other words the first impression, I got has pushed me to tell other people not to go in for Luminour Inverter.

my inverter is not working and the tech staff of luminouis inverter had come 4 times but they are unable to rectify the problem, please lodge this complaint on a serious notice as i have small children in my house and we r suffereing a lot, please get this inverter repl;aced immediately.

My luminous Inverter was not working. Technician from your dealer saying that there is some falt in either in battery or UPS. I purchased from your authorised distributor Shri Sai Power Products, at Khanda Colony, New Panvel, Navi Mumbai. The model is Luminous 600VA L.B. Model, S. No. 481273, Battery Model is IL 18000, Sr. No. 632633, The purchase date is 8.11.2009. I have contacted the Delhi Customer Care Office yesterday. Pls tell me whether it is in the warranty period. Send the company's proper technician and confirm the falt.
I am working for Indian Express Newspaper (Mumbai) Ltd. I have already given my reference to the Delhi office.

I Made a complain against my Luminous Inverter but when the the service person came to my home telling, it cant be resolved now because we are not having the parts with us and we cant tell how many days it will take, i want to know then what is meant by warranty please let me know my Mobile no is [protected], i am suffering a lot kindly resolve my problem .
