Yesterday our has came but it was our old house the people living in the old house said that they went to New house and the interesting thing was that our new house was in the same gulley but they didn't brought our has they said to the people living in the old house that we will not take the gas their and talked very rubbishly we live in tolichowki our address is 9-4-59/D they actually know us very well and they know we have two houses in same gulley we request you to take the action on the same .Thank you...

I need an immediate transfer of Gas connection. I have submitted all my documents and when I referred to them for a certificate, they are irresponsive. No number works. I cannot travel 30+ Kms again without the confirmation of TC availability with them.

I'm customer CX: 22809609 from qazigalli golcondafort i have visited couple of times to madhavi gas agency. I have paid for online order via Amazon pay of gas on 2020 November 15.

Amount paid Rs.646.50 for amazon via order #[protected]. Delivery took charges upon delivery of gas again inspite of intimation that already paid. He took charges again and after that I'm following up with
madhavi gas agency atleast a month now they are not even delivering gas or making refund of amount paid.

I have gave ample of call and do have recording of thier false commitment of Surender and thier staff.

They said me to pay extra 80 rupees charges, why should I pay them i am a government officer and I didn't get any suspidy, and they are Misbehaving with the customer and using rude language.plz take immediate action against them, other wise I wiil go to consumer court.( Consumer number: cx[protected]

Hi government, please control tongue of service boys. Each and every person in hyderabad are rude. They are dominative by mass slang language. Labors are ruling in hyderabad by hyderabadi slang. They controlling by words and situation by there rowdy local language. Especially this gas people are too rude at homes. Please control there tongue and pitch of speak.

I do not know if some one looks and does something about this. As many mentioned there is a huge problem for this dealer or distributor Madhavi Gas Agency ( Indian Gas Distributor, HNO 8-1307 shaikpet Hyderabd 500008.) We book a gas cylinder they never deliver it on time and if go there and ask they shut door on the face, there is really unacceptable behavior and they speak rude. If some know where one should do a manual complaint. Kindly let us know. some action is really needed people and families are suffering from aegis now.

Dear Sir/Madam, This complaint is in regard to my deep concern towards the basic need of humans such as gas cylinder. In particular Madhavi Gas Agency, Shaikpet branch. The gas delivery boy by name Mr. Karunakar is harassing us by demanding extra Rs. 20 to 40 every time he delivers gas to us, which is burdensome to a common man like me, as it is the gas prices are sky high and then to top it these gas delivery men extort money from us. This delivery boy refuses to delivery us the gas unless I pay him Rs. 20-40. It's my humble request to the Government, if they cannot stop rising gas prices, they must atleast stop this extortion from taking place with regards to such basic necessity of mankind and do the needful to poor people like me who cannot afford to pay tips to these gas delivery boys. I urge the concerned authorities to take strict action against this particular man so that others learn a lesson and mend their ways. Today I got my gas delivered with a bill amount of 444 rs delivery boy said price of the gas is incready and took 470 rs where I gave him 500 but he did not return the change, just made a note on the bill saying rs 30. the delivery boys are very rude, whats the proof for me that price have increased, when cash memo does not show. And when I call up that agency owner she is more stupid and rude, got pissed off complaining to her .this is my second complaint on this consumer forum, first one was not resolved though about the same.

I am the resident in Pupalguda, I get Gas through Madhavi Gas Agency 8-1-307, vivekananda nagar, shaikpet nala, Golconda Post Hyderabad 500008.Every time when we get gas delivered by the Service people the bill amount on the receipt would be 441 but the delivery boys will demand 460 and more depending on there mood.If we refuse giving it, they threaten by saying we would take back the cylinder and write down as Door lock and then you will have to again raise request for the gas and struggle.This was informed to The gas agency owner on multiple occasion but they were so irresponsible about it.Reason behind there irresponsibility is the agency supports this delivery boys selling gas in black.And at the time on giving new connection also I had a same problem, they asked 5000 rs just for new connection and cylinder.Though we paid them the amount still they were so rude in giving connection but on the other hand they close the store Door from front end but they keep on giving new connection from other door taking Huge amounts.

THIS IS HAPPENING ON NUMEROUS OCCASION AFTER COMPALINING TO THE AGENCY OWNER "MADHAVI" AND THESE DELIVER GUYS KEEP GRUDGE ON US AND WANTED DELAY IN DELIVERING THE GAS.

"" THIS IS ALL HAPPENING ONLY BECAUSE WE REFUSE TO GIVE TIPS" But if you flip the bill and see it clearly says "please do not pay tips.Should any demand be made please inform us.And sad part is the number for complaints /suggestion given on bill never work .the number is :27667277."

So many people are pissed off with this Agency . HOPE ATLEAST WRITING IN THIS CONSUMER COURT WILL HELP AND FIX OUR ISSUE.

my consumer no.97472 i booked gas cylander on 28.08.2013 and got messages that the cash memo and cylander will be delivered shortly. after ten days i got message that it was cancelled and i got message again that the cash memo and will be delivered shortly message. to day again i got message that it is cancelled.

and i try to contact thru phone the gas people and no one is lifting the phones
i want to know why it is happening and when i will get my refill

madhavi gas agency is a big cheater in gas distribution companies. When i was with B. R. Gas service at chandanager I never faced any problem in refilling cylinder. i used to get in 5-15 days with out any harassment. but when i transferred from lingampalli to tolichowki, the worst ever gas distribution service i got as madhavi gas agency. after booking, 5-7 days i will get sms that your cylinder will deliver shortly, then after three days I will get sms that your cylinder has been delivered in so and so date. they are not at all lifting phone calls also, phone is every time busy.
please suggest how can i overcome from this hell.
is there any body caring for the conman man.
Please cancel there distribution license.
this is third consecutive time i am facing problem.

Even after receiving the SMS, (that the bill was generated and gas cylinder will be dispatched shortly) my Gas Agency (M/s Madhavi Gas Ageny, Indane Gas Distributor, H.No: 8-1-307, Shaikpet, Hyderabad-500008), is not delivering the cylinder, simply taking around 5 days to dispatch.

Itseems, this Agency is holding a number of customers and this Agency is not in a position to service the customers. Kindly request to look into this complaint at the earliest.

I have a gas connection with madhavi gas agency shaikpet hyderabad since 1987 with cunsumer no 2445 in the name of syedmazher . now my problem is they dont respond the phone calls ,we have to personally go to book the gas ,if we book it they dont send the cylinder by the due date .right now I have booked my cylinder on 15 of sep it has been 35 day we didnt get our cylinder . I request u to look in to the matter and help us...

There is a ton of complaints mentioned here.... all have nearly same problem, delayed delivery, black selling. And YES, I'm one of the suffere.

These people say it take 8-10 days to deliver the gas, but no.... they take more than 15-20 days to supply. They do it because, they get the chance to sell it on black. Obviously no one who has single gas can wait for long, he has to go for a black one. We have a family living near by, one of its family member is working with Police Special Squad, they get the gas within 3-4 days. Why is that?!!! Does this means anyone who has power will get it on time. Where would we go. Don't we pay or we don't have respect in their eyes? Does the public has to suffer in all the cases? Anyone has an answer for these questions??????

A strict action has to be taken against these people. Someone has to act. IT IS THE GOVERNMENT. THE MOST POWERFUL HAS TO USE ITS POWER against these agencies.

I had gas connection with O.Sankar Naidu H.No:8-1-106/1/A/99.Shaikpet,Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh, . Gas connection consumer No. 97286. The dealer is not booking for second cylinder. I request the concerned authorities to... Please do the needful and try to expediate remedy to my complaint on today itself.

I saw many complaints registered for Madhavi Gas Agency. Why we are suffering with it since long. We are neither able to book gas cylinder nor to get any inquiry on telephone itself at Madhavi Gas agency Hyderabad. No one picks up phone or otherwise it will be always engage. Isn't it possible to terminate their license as first action on priority. Take some immediate action to provide relief to family peoples.
Govt has said that cylinder should be deliver with in week from the date of booking this people are rowdies in nature and they use bad words when customer want his right.

Hi,

I have been trying to book a refill for my empty Indane Cylinder from almost a month.

It is impossible to book a Gas cylinder in Madhavi Gas Agency (Shaikpet) over phone. The phone is always engaged and once when accidentally it got connected, someone picked up and did not speak (banged the phone!!).

Is there anyway, Madhavi Gas will learn to treat people properly?
