Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd — my car problem not resolved by service center

To the Scorpio customer care team,

I m touch with your customer care number[protected] for last 5 days and complain about my injector and AC but they can't resolve my complain.Per day they told me plesae wait sir,we call u within 24 hour but they can't call me . I feels really helpless.

This is to inform you that my Scorpio is stranded since May 29th 2013 , due to some major technical fault in AC(when car start AC automatic start) as informed to me by your dealer shree R.C.Enterprises motihari(East Champaran,bihar,pin-845401) your AC wiring is short cur cit.but they can,t define where is short problem they advice me change wiring of my car and injector lick oil but they can't change. I must reiterate here that the vehicle is only six month years old - Scorpio EX .
It's just went for the regular service and check up as per the scheduled service chart.I am shocked to know that my vehicles AC working Direct as I am told and informed.

I have booked e-ticket from Dehradun (DDN) to Rudrapur city for rupees 1111 (TWO PASSENGER) dated as 13.10.2008. But I did not get ticket due to transaction failed. At the same time amount had credited in your account. Again I have booked same Ticket. Same problem was occurred.



Both Reference Number is [protected] and [protected] respectively. Please credit RS2222 in my axis bank account number-[protected]. Hope your favourable consideration. Please do it needful as soon as possible.

PLEASE RESOLVE MY ABOVE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Many of my friends have experienced the same (non receipt of payments from irctc for transaction failure). Even after writing detailed letters to irctc, there is no proper response and action from irctc for months together.

Note: - In Bank statement details they have deducted RS.50 two times dated as 20.10.08 & RS 18 four times dated as 16.10.08 & 20.10.08 respectively. Please clarify why they have deducted for the same.

In the month of June 2008 i had cleared all dues belongs to my credit card sum of Rs.29025/- from that day status of card is blocked & i had requested to close or cancle the card.
Till date there is no cancellation received & this month i have received message on cell i.e. total out standing is Rs.2926.79/-
Please do the needful.

Dear Sir,

I had booked the cylinder from M/s Samadhan Indane, Nashik (Maharashtra) on 03.07.2009. Till it has not been delivered to me. When I contacted the dealershiop by phone ([protected]), they are not picking up the phone. When personally contacted the dealership, they are using very rough language and are not in a position to understand the issue. My consumer No. is 1905. Please look into the matter to resolve the issue.

dear sir,
I have purchased a boloro SLX di turbo fm Automoover ,Lucknow on March 4, 2010. there are very poor service condion on dealers work shop.there are two no.of tyre complaint launch on bridgestone company at lucknow on 13.8.2010.But till now no nessery action taken by company or dealer.So pl take N/A against my complaint and inform me.
