[Resolved] Mahindra Rodeo — MILLAGE AND DIGITAL METER ISSUE | |
Greetings, I purchased the Mahindra RODEO on October 30, 2009, from Surya 2 wheelers, near ESI Hospital, Hyderabad. from the begining my vehicles' Digital meter is not at working properly, some times it indicates as if there is no petrol and some time automatically it indicates as if the petrol is full, and the millage is not at all giving, I had given my vehicle to Surya 2 wheelers for 4 to 5 time but still they could not resolve the issue. Presently I am getting 26 to 28 KMPL, which is really irritating me, and when I asked the service incharge at Surya 2 wheelers, he states that the company did not provide them the manual of the Rodeo, so they are not in a position to solve the issue. Everything looks good in that vehicle except the mileage. Very very poor mileage in Mahindra Rodeo (20-25kms).

many problem are present their system that example as 1st digital metre not good result. 2nd one self starting problem also... u just trying not selling only u provinding care also. kindly i request to u some problem solving program r provided under the dealer of rourkela(orissa). it shoud be provided also their locality area...

the digital meter doesnt work properly, meter flicks every time. also the silencer gets heated due to which the tyre gets extremely heated have given the bike 4 time at services centre but still the problem is not solved

MAHINDRA RODEO — Not good working
I AM USING " MAHINDRA RODEO"its milage is just 20km/L after 4 th service on time of purchasing dealer says milage of 60km/L
and have lots and lots of problems
its petrol lid sometimes gets locked and never gets open without calling technician
moreover sometimes it cant gets started with self or with kick
i have very bad experience with the product

I have purchased mahindra Rodeo bike from eswari motors in chennai on November 2009. They have committed me that this bike gives millage from 35 to 45 km/l when i purchased. But this is giving just 15 to 18 km/l even i have done 3 services. Please suggest me how to solve this issue.

i purchased Rodeo from Surya 2 wheeler its at (Ranigunj) secunderabad (18/09/2010) they dont have the sence to talk with the customer while i was taking my invoice the idoit went and explaining 2 the new coustmer and made mistakes in the papers.. and i looked for black they said we dont have the key for it.. and they have just 2 pices and another one was full of scraches on it so i went for red then after taking the bike while i was coming to home near my home they was a small speed braker the engine hit to the speed braker i was shocked and after that next day in the morning i always start my first start with the kick its not geting on i was very much irretated all my frds where saying did he given u a defective piece they next day i tried to start with giving chock and kick it its also not getting started and the pick up of this rodeo is also very slow i suggest plz dont take rodeo its waste of money 51k i would rate it 2/10..

January 2011 my mahindra rodeos digital meter is not work and i make a complain in Usha Auto Mobile in 18/03/2011.after that they said me that when meter is came then they changed it.but till that day nothing is done by them.

I have purchased Mahindra RODEO on sept. 2010 at Silicon Mahindra Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam. at the time of purchase I have been assured with a milage of 50-55 KMPL. but the my RODEO is giving only 22-25 KMPL. on 1st sevicing I have mentioned the same in the job card. but service centre could not rectify the same.on 2nd sevicing I have mentioned the same in the job card. but service centre could not rectify the same. on 3rd sevicing I have mentioned the same in the job card. but service centre could not rectify the same.on 4th servicing also I have mentioned the same in the job card. but service centre could not rectify the same.During servicing the mechanics are simply washing the vehicle. cleaning the spark plug, & changing the oil and delevering the vehicle to the customers. Now a days a two wheeler costumer running wuth 25-26 KMPL milageis a foolish thing. M/s mahindra is totally misguiding the costumers. Please do some thing to my vehicle for improving the milage. when ever I am asking any Rodeo consumer on the way they are simply saying that RODEO is giving below 28 KMPL. Please chech throughly whether it is manufacture defect or else where. one way you people are misguiding the consumers by advertising through media with bolly would actress in the colour ful posseses. I purchased MAHINDRA RODEO before one & half yearsfrom NA'AM MOTOR, KANNUR, KERALA and made almost 8 service & 100 times more services .bt no complaint were recovered.i got 38 mileage at first but after second service onwards only 22km/l.and i made it to 30km/l.After few day later a new sound starts and i inform to company and 1 weak i kept it there.but for more service it remains there.REGIONAL OFFICER came & cheak but no result.after many months later they recovered that sound but no use after 1 weak it came back.besides these problems theres many problem like SKIDDING, MILEAGE SHORTAGE, LOCAL BATTERY, TYRES, SELF STARTING, GROUND CLEARENCE...over all engine & vehicle is utter failer.And main thing in this is company also don't know how to recover the problem also their is no resale value for the vehicle.
