[Resolved]  Maruti Alto — Misbehave by dealer VAU'S (Patna)

Dear sir,

This is Dr.Dhananjay kumar from Patna (Bihar ) .I have purchased Maruti Alto LX car from your dealer at Patna M/S VAU'S Automobile, Dakbanglow road ,Patna on 9-7-2009 .

After full payment of said car ,the behaviour of all VAU'S staff hasbeen changed and the response for any query from anyone is not satisfactory / tolerable . Now I would like to intimate you that at the time of purchase ,executive has charged me RS/-10,000/- towards the -- registration fee and they are given me the reciept for RS/ - 7692/- issued by D.T.O ,Patna .Again ,they are extra charged me towards the Insurance of said car , which I inquire from those pepole they are unable to reply and when I asked to meet with the Manager of VAU'S ,every time they said me he is not available at the premises and when I request to talk with him over phone / mob. they never attend or pick my call. which is quite embrassing for me.
After two weeks of purchase of my car when I go there to collect my registration book / card they said me please come after two- tree days to collect the same ,then after when I go there they simply given me the deposit recipet which is dated[protected], which is intensnely late and they said me to collect the registration book after sometime and like this they have called me more than 6-7 times for the same,.

Now,may I know from your end that such thing can be expected from the organisation like MARUTI .So, please look into the matter and feedback me for the needful.

Please send a consumer forum court notice asking your queries and send RTI notice to Maruti suzuki India Limited Gurgaon...

Also there is complaint link on maruti suzuki website..they should listen to you..

Dear sir,

I have purchased Maruti Alto LX car from your dealer at Bhopal M/S JEEWAN MOTORS PVT LTD BHOPAL, on 12.08.2008.

After a lapse of eleven month time of said car, the AC was not working, I went to the Vidhya Automobiles M.P.Nagar zone-II bhopal ( One of the authorised service centre of the Maruti sujuki) and told them the complain. The macanic of the service centre had told that gas been leaked that's why AC is not working, he further told that AC is not under warranty period hence you have to pay Rs 1600/- for such repairing and facility of AC service is not available at their centre. I agree for such repairing than he bring my car to another macanic. The another macanic has checked my car and filled the AC gas in the chamber and get ready the AC. After repairing, AC of my car was working upto four month and theirafter AC is again not working. I again went to the above said service station and told the compalin, the macanic again told that gas has againt leaked and you are again required to pay for such repairing. I am fed up again and again pay for such repairing. It appears that leakage of gas chamber of my car is a manufacturing defect and a defective car has been sold to me.

Please look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest.
