I had purchased a Maruti Alto K10 (VXI) bearing Chassis No –
MA3EADE1S00490367 on 29-10-2013 from Mohon Motor Udyog Pvt Ltd.
After 2-3 months I found that there were 2-3 dents on the
roof of the car. After that I called to the customer care and they guided me to
contact the workshop as soon as possible, so that they can look after the
matter. Then I contacted with One Auto Dealer workshop at Kalikapur Branch,
Kolkata. I had a talk with customer care Manager and she told me to go to the
Science City Branch, Kolkata for a checkup.
After 2-3 months later One Auto Service (Body shop) Engineer
contacted me and took my car to the Maruti Regional Branch, Kolkata (L&amp;T
House). They replied me 2-3 weeks later about the matter .They told that there
was some hopping on the roof of the car. For that reason the roof was dent
which was told by Mr.A.K.Ghosh. He also told that Maruti is not liable to take
any action about this problem.
From here on my question arises:
Will Maruti not take any action to this kind of
Do Maruti have no belief about the customer feed
have the worst service among all the car companies in India?
Mr.A.K.Ghosh also told me that as my car
travelled less kilometers &amp; for Maruti good will they will take action to recover
the dent and will not take any responsibility further. That means he did not
believe that it was a manufacturing defect and repeatedly told me that the dent
was due to hopping. Most of the time my car stays in garage which is fully
covered. Can you tell me how the hopping occurred?
Previously I had faith &amp;
belief about Maruti company and their Services, for the reason why I purchased
a car of Maruti.
