[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — fraud

This is Neeraj Gaur, I purchased 1 Maruti 800 AC on 12th of jan 2008, at the time of my 1st enquiry about the CAR that is on 1st of jan 2008 they offered me discount of Rs 25000/- and when I actually went to buy they asked me what would you prefer Car of 2008 model or discount. I simply said I am interested in car of model 2008 I am least bothered about discounts. Than they said Ok we can give you 2008 model on 10th of jan 2008. Fine I bought the Car on 12th of Jan 2008. As I had worked in Automobile segment, I had gone through the car specification and found that it is of the batch 3rd dec 2007 than I confirmed this from the head mechanic of same dealer without telling him about the real scenario and he confirmed that it is of 2007 model. I felt Cheated. Its a fraud and moreover all the documents they prepared are of 2008 including RC too. I had sent number of complaint to there consumer forum but no reply, lets see what you can do for this. Atleast they can clear my doubts. As i really felt cheated and as a matter of fact after having 4 cars from maruti I now decided not to go for the next 1 from this FRAUD ORGANIZATION having nothing for customer satisfaction.

2nd problem is of Bill given by the dealer at that time also I really fought with them as the payment i made was Rs 2, 20, 000 and bill given by them was Rs. 1, 93, 000/- I asked them but they just dont give any satisfactory reply and moreover no higher official is there to solve the query all those sales executive just dont know about the process, they just there to play marketing strategies and bluff.
