[Resolved] Maruti Swift Dzire VDI — non-delivery of car. | |
Dated 28.10.2008 I booked VXI Swift Dzire on 30.03.2008 & converted it to VDI on 9/6/2008 with Berkeley Automobiles Chandigarh. In spite of several promises made by your dealer I am still waiting for my turn. I have observed that out of turn delivery is being made by your dealer to other customers by charging premium, which further delays turn of your customers like us. In fact since 1992 I am using Maruti 800 Car which now requires immediate replacement. Under the above situation, I request you to instruct your above mentioned dealer to immediately deliver my car otherwise unwillingly I have to purchase Honda City, in spite of waiting more than 7 months for getting my VDI, White Car. As per the last written promise made during 1st week of August 2008 by M/s Berkeley, Chandigarh my car was to be delivered within 1-2 months. Subsequently they promised that it will be delivered before Diwali and now they are simply saying that they are receiving only 7/8 cars per month for VDI White Colour, hence another 2/3 months time will be taken for my turn. This type of casual attitude of your dealer, require immediate attention/enquiry from Maruti India to maintain their image under ever-growing competitive market scenerio. maruti dzire vdi — NON COMMITMENT BY THE DEALER
I have booked Maruti Suzuki DeZire In White colour With Maruti Dealer Barclay Automobiles Panchkula On Dt. 4th April 2008 and they promised me that I will get my car with in 30 -40 Days but the same is awaited till today please let me know about the final delivery date. As i have come to know from reliable sources that they are giving back door deliveries by taking hefty premiums...please explain me why their dealership is continuing when they they can not fulfill their commitments..PLEASE HELP ME...Rajiv Mittal Ambala Cantt ... I have booked maruti dzire car by paying Rs.50, 000/- vide payment receipt bearing number CB 6481, dated 30.03.2008 of M/s Berkeley Automobiles Limited, Chandigarh. Subsequently I have changed my option for different model i.e. VDI on 8.6.2008. I received the confirmation and assurance from M/s Berkeley Automobiles Limited vide their letter dated 06.08.2008 that the required vehicle will be delivered to me with in 1-2 month. Inspite of lapse of over 6.5 months, vehicle has not been delivered to me so far. Please do the needful.A.K.GUPTA

dear sir,
recently i bought dezire vdi at pune from sai services deccan from day one when i was offered beigh clear color which i agreed to but to my surprise at the time of delivery when i opene the boot the beigh color was spilling at the edges and inside was white i raised the complained with the sales person who had no clue that the color should be the same anyway reply eas they will check with main office.
i drove 1000 kms in 5 days with annoying sound of deisel engine like old tractor when i gave my car for first service i strogly complained of the noise of engine which thei demo car didnot have before the service i asked to check the oil level to my surprise the new car delivered to me level of oil was barely reaching the lowest tip of the dip stick i have loged complaint awating reply. dr wani

Maruti Swift Dzire VDI — Unable to deliver
The dealer has failed to meet his commitment which was of delivery in 10 days on a booking on 14th April 2008 with full amount. He has failed to meet his commitment and is still not sure of the delivery.Response from Maruti for the complaint lodged in this regards has also been the same. They hardly bothered to find out what the dealer has been doing with his customers.
Now after 50 days of giving full amount for this car, I am not sure when I will get this.
