In continuation of my letters under reference, the vehicle handed over to Rohan Motors, Noida on 03/09/2010 was given back to me on 07/10/2010, after a period of 34 days.



This time the repair work was done under the guidance and instructions of Gagan Eash, Senior Service Engineer of Maruti Suzuki Ltd. But the 34 days repair work by senior service engineer proved futile. The Vehicle stopped again three times while going to office on 12/10/2010. The vehicle again was sent to Rohan Motors, Noida 10th time the same day. The vehicle also stopped in the trial runs by the service engineers.



When during the period of 34 days the fault of the vehicle could not be rectified by a senior service engineer of the company’ the fault is intricate and irreparable. Hence the vehicle should be replaced immediately. The needful should be done at the earliest otherwise I am left with no option other than to take the issue to a consumer court.

In continuation of my letters under reference, the vehicle stopped again on 03/09/2010 continuously for five times while going to office.



The vehicle was again taken to Rohan Motors Ltd., Noida. This time the repairing work is being done under the guidance and instructions of Maruti Engineers for a period of about a month. But the fault could not be rectified. The vehicle has reportedly stopped several times during the trial runs of the engineers also, leaving no scope for an excuse that the vehicle did not stopped in their presence.



The fault of the vehicle is serous and of a complex nature which the engineers of the manufacturing unit are also not able to rectify even within a period of a month.



In view of the company’s high reputation for customer care, the company should replace the vehicle of its own immediately without compelling me to drag the issue to a consumer court.



Hope the needful will be done at the earliest.

In continuation of my letters under reference, the vehicle stopped again on 27/08/2010 while going to office. This time it stopped continuously for three times and could hardly start.



The vehicle was again taken to Rohan Motors Ltd., Noida the same day. This time they replaced its Pedal Assembly Switch and jumper wire kit. Unfortunately the problem remains unsolved and the vehicle stopped again on 30/8/2010 and 31/08/2010 while going to office.





As stated above, Rohan Motors Ltd, Noida with all their sincere efforts are unable to detect and rectify the problem.





The vehicle has a serious manufacturing defect which seems irreparable.





In view of the fact that an elderly person of my age as already been put to mental harassment for the last five months. The vehicle should be replaced immediately without causing further harassment to me.

Maruti Swift Dzire — Maruti Rohan Motors Noida VDI

I, Ajeet Singh [protected], booked my Maruti Dezire car at Rohan Motors Noida, in the month of october 2008.
The commitment was for feb 2009.
The manager is making false commitments daily. But nothing happened.
He told me to call up daily. I cant belive that there is no VDI delivered to Rohan in the complete month. And why dont he tell me a specific date for delivery.
