[Resolved]  Mata Sheetla Indane Gas Agency Gurgaon — Distribution of new gas connection

I am working professionals in a mnc in gurgaon.I Purchased new connection from Mata Sheetala Indane Gas Agency Gurgaon, they forcefully charged for the stove they denied giving new connection without paying for the new stove.Anyway i was compelled to take that one. After that I am running since one year for second cylender every time I have the same word from the employee of Mata Sheetala Indane Gas Agency come on this date that date they are repeating the same word over and again . Its really painful experience.I also called the head of indane office they give negative response every time. They don't take appropriate action.
Please do the needful.

I have applied for the new gas connection on 22/02/08 but still has not granted the new connection despite the several visits to the concerned office of the Agency . The official of the Agency are calling again and again but no output.

I suspect there is black marketing being done by Mata sheetla gas agency and others too...they take weeks to deliver gas, deny we have made bookings, and also challenge us to make complaints...there is no response on complaint no's given by them.Where do we lodge complaints.I have seen them selling cylinders, but no proof.what does a consumer do?

I am working in SIEMENS as a Sr. Engineer.
I had applied for new gas connection in feb, 2008 to sheetla gas service.But still I am awaited for gas connection.When I enquery about new connection from the agency office, he told that you will be get in 2 or threedays.This type words, I listen from three month.
Initially sheetla gas service is telling no new gas connection is available in 2007.
I am facing lots of problem with my family without gas connection.Kindly do the needful.

I Purchased new connection from Mata Sheetala Indane Gas Agency Gurgaon, when I went there to book gas they told that my connection is transfered even though I'd nit applied for the same & they dont know where it is transfered. They asked for connection documents I provided the all photocopies. But now even after 5 months the probleam is not rectified & whenever I approced them for booking they are repeating the same story. After some argument they will tell that your cylinder will reach to your address today but they dont do so, like tese one day after another is passing. I am suffering a lot as I dont have any other additional connection.The service of the said agency is so wrost their lisence must be cancelled with immidiate effect. I this is Sameer Goyal from Gurgaon. I applied for a new gas connection on Mata Sheetla Gas Agency on 11th May 08.After so many try i got connection after 7 months i.e. in December 08. They forcefully compelled me to take new Stove and so many other things which amounts to Rs. 3000.Whereas i can buy them from the market at lower cost and better quality. After that they again charge the cost of Cylinder i.e. Rs. 340. They are indulged in Blackmarketing. Everytime there phone remain busy and even they not sent cylinder upto 10 days of Booking. They have no sense of speaking how to speak with older and with qualify person. How can IOC can give agency to such cheap persons. Even the Area Sales Manager Mr. Santosh Nevelkar did not response. Perheps he get his share in blackmarketing on time. I think their Licence cancelled at once and charges of Cheating should be on them. Even they signed persons on a paper which states that they are buying Stoves, Trolly, Lighter, Gas Pipe at their own will otherwise they deny for gas connection. I want to know how can one person with his family live without somuch necessary item for 7 Months. Whereas i Got Gas Cylinder from them at Rs. 700 per Cylinder during this time.

Indane Gas Agency — New Connection Documents

I had booked a new connection with Mithala Gas Agency NOIDA on 13/11/2008. With booking Number [protected] but till now they are simply delaying my new connection with telling me that we are going to send you a letter and after getting the letter come to us, but after discussion with them number of time they are not sending the letter and simply giving me threading that what you can do if we won’t give you connection.
