[Resolved]  Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — Premium Cheque Pick - up from home

I requested to customer cell[protected]M/s Max New York Insurance Co. Ltd.) on 20th Jan'2010 regarding Pick up of Premium Cheque from my home. on same day they commited to me that it will done within 7 working days but unfortunately not done by company. On or after 29th Jan'2010, i am doing continue follow-up with Customer Cell of Company and every time they are making statement that it will done by next day but which next day (no one can give this answer), only i am stupid who is waiting of them. i called them around 9 times also visted their Udyog Vihar Office (Gurgaon) but no solution till date.

I think company is not customer supportive thts why they are not reacting and they will act on this after my policy would laps in case of non-receipt of payment.

Hi,

I have taken teh endowment plan from mnyl. Before taking this plan, I clearly told Sales Manager Mr. Rahul Jain and Madhusudan Sawant that I have zero tolerance on Service part. After getting the policy, I told them to let me know the process of see the details on website but they said that this is not ULIP plan so its not possible however I tried and success to register.

After that I verified all the details and found that Nominee name is missing. I have logged the call trice on mnyl website but they reverted each of my call almost after 30-60 timeframe and immediately close the call... This is the way they are providing the service, customer is least priority for them...

Since I have paid only one premium and decided to exit from it because of the poor service quality and GOD knows how their plan perform in the future as I dont know whether they are serios about investor fund or not..

I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO ENTER INTO MNYL SERVICE.
I Have faced the similar problem, even in my case most of the data incorrect and I had called my times to customer care, wrote emails but till date it is not resolved...almost 3.5 years

They are just selling the product that's it..
I completely agree... better to go for LIC, their claiming process is better than private companies.
areee... itna sab kuchh maloom hote huye bhi log private company me jate hai... galti customer ki hi hai... actually in sab companies to dhakke maar kar india se bahar nikal dena chahiye...
Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that I want to know the status of due date of premium of my policy NO.
[protected], agent code 185684.

Please note, that till date, I have not received any information for the same. Sir, It is duty and responsibility of the company to inform the customer regarding date of submission of premium or any other information regarding the policy from time to time.

I bring to your kind notice that when the agent of the company require the policy from the customer at the time of beginning of the policy, at that time he repeatedly approaches to the customer and after getting the business from the customer he tries his level best to avoid the customer for giving any information, which shows the clear intention of the company that company always wants to lapse the policy of the customer before the entitled period of withdrawal of the policy i.e 3yrs. or 5 yrs.which is not good as per reputation of the company is concerned.

Please note that, I have already sent a mail on 27.10.2010 in which I have requested the company to rectify the spellings of sharma instead of sgarma mentioned against my fathers name and also requested to insert my new mobile Nos. i.e [protected] and [protected] as old no. has been rejected.

Sir, on the same date I have received a mail from service.helpdesk, in which I have given assurance from the company that company will depute the authorized person to contact me for this purposes.

Please note that till date no authorized person of the company has approached to me to handle the problem. Till date I am seeking the response from the company regarding the modifications.

You are therefore requested to kindly intimate me regarding the premium and also requested to insert the new contacts as well as rectification of spellings against my fathers name under an intimation to me.

An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
